On the subject, Real Estate Expert Evrim Kırmızıtaş Başaran mentioned that the market prices have increased according to certain provinces and districts and said, "Title deed fees will be traded at the figures requested by the state."

With the appraisal report, illegal transactions will be prevented and taxes can be paid in full. In housing sales, the "Appraisal Report" is planned to be applied in all sales.

According to the news in Yeniakit Newspaper;  Başaran, a real estate expert, said, "It is a useful method to turn those foam figures into real figures."

HOW WILL THE PROCESS PROCEED WITH THE APPRAISAL REPORT?

Appraisal in the sale of housing is normally applied to foreign nationals. So, will this practice spread to the general public? How does it affect the market if it spreads publicly?

Başaran said, "A more established figure will emerge in those prices in the region. Therefore, both the six will be realized and many buyer candidates will be enlightened in the upper number," he said.

Başaran said, "Prospective buyers will at least buy the right real estate at the right price, and if they buy it at the right price, then it will go to the state's coffers. Apart from tax, there will be no leakage in any way," he said.
